Our Programs

Infant - Young Toddler Program

Our Infant–Young Toddler Program provides a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for children ages 0–2 years old. Our program operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with breakfast, lunch, and a snack provided each day. Families may use DHS childcare assistance, or enroll at our out-of-pocket tuition rate of $275 per week. To help us keep your child comfortable and prepared throughout the day, students are required to bring an extra set of clothing. Our Infant–Young Toddler Program is designed to support your child's early development while providing attentive care, age-appropriate learning experiences, and a welcoming environment where our youngest students can grow and thrive.

Al-Wali GSRP Program

The Al-Wali's GSRP Program is a school-based preschool program, not a daycare program, serving eligible children beginning at 3 years old who will turn 4 by December 1st, through age 5. GSRP is a completely free program for families who qualify and is designed to provide a high-quality preschool experience for children with factors that may place them at educational risk. Our school day is 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, and regular, on-time attendance is an important part of your child's enrollment and educational success. Students are expected to arrive on time each day and wear the required school uniform.

Please note that Al-Wali Montessori Center is an independent educational entity in partnership with Michigan's Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP). While GSRP provides funding for students who qualify, Al-Wali Montessori Center provides your child's education and daily school experience. Eligibility and final approval for participation in the funded program are determined by GSRP. Therefore, participating children will be duly enrolled with both Al-Wali Montessori Center and GSRP. Families should understand that enrollment in our GSRP classroom is a commitment to a structured preschool education. Consistent attendance, punctuality, proper uniform, and family participation in school requirements help prepare our students for continued academic success.
